Online Class: Big Beautiful Reds Wine and Cheese

Join Chef Jake as he teaches you about some of his favorite big beautiful red wines! In this class you will learn how to drink with intent and will be provided with some of Harmons top quality meats, cheeses, nuts and jellies which will pair perfectly with our chef’s selections. You will also be learning how to make your own charcuterie board — a must for anyone who loves to entertain! We will provide the charcuterie board, assorted meats, nuts and cheeses. Chef Sage will discuss the origins and unique processes that make these selections special. Once you are registered, you will receive an email with a list of the wines you will need to purchase from your local DABC store. We have checked inventories and will specify stock numbers and store addresses nearest to you.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Station Park cooking school on Thursday, October 22nd, from 12 p.m to 5 p.m.
