Bless Choux

Choux pastries are so much fun to make, but they can be a bit intimidating. Dating back to 1540, this delicate five-ingredient pastry shell can be used in so many applications. Chef Casey will teach you the basics, beginning with making the dough, and then teach you how to pipe it out and bake it. You do not need to be a master pastry chef to be able to make your choux dream come true!
