Brazilian Rodizio BBQ – Pork

Chef Daniela is preparing a feast for you! We are partnering  with Utah Pork Producers and presenting  you with a traditional Brazilian Churrasco. As you might know, Chef is from Brazil so you can be sure  it will be traditional to the core.

Pork Ribs with Cilantro-Lime Marinade
Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple and Bacon
Grilled Pork Chop with Brazilian Vinaigrette
Pork Sausage with “Farofa”
Loaded potato Salad
Chocolate Passion Fruit Trifles
Guarana Soda, Creamy Limeade or traditional Brazilian “Caipirinha” (add your own cachaça) or “Caipirosca” (add your own vodka) Alcohol not provided.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Friday, March 5th  from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
