Online Class: Breads Around the World

Have you always wanted to learn more about baking bread? Look no further than your Station Park Harmons! Chef Sage has been baking up a storm and wants to share some of his favorite recipes with you. In this online class you will learn how to make Pita Bread, a staple of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. You will also be learning how to create Fougasse, a beautiful leaf-shaped bread originating in the Provence of France. Our last stop on the bread tour ends with an Italian favorite, Focaccia.
