Online Class: Brigadeiro – Brazilian Truffle Party

When we talk about Brazilian favorites, brigadeiros are definitely the number one answer! Every party or event in Brazil requires a table full of brigadeiros. They are creamy and smooth, covered with sprinkles of all kinds, and delicious! It’s impossible to eat only one, so when planning a party, they make at least 10 truffles per person! In this virtual party, Chef Marcela, a native Brazilian, will teach you how to roll brigadeiros, do a virtual tour of Brazil while you listen to Brazilian Bossa Nova and we’ll have a little taste to see which are the best brigadeiro and sprinkle combinations. This class is great for the whole family! Bring your celebration stories, a sweet tooth, and let’s have fun!

No cooking is required for this class. In your kit, you will receive 4 different brigadeiro spreads and 8 different toppings.

Each seat purchased includes a chef prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
