Online Class: Brunch, Mimosas, and Bellinis

Come join Chefs Jake and Sage as they teach you how to cook savory fluffy eggs, the crispiest hash browns, bacon done right, and the most delectable, golden-brown French toast you will ever eat! Also learn how to craft the best mimosas and bellinis, perfect additions to any brunch get-together.

Once you are registered, you will receive an email with a list of the alcohol you will need to purchase from your local DABC store. We have checked inventories and will specify stock numbers and store addresses nearest to you. You may also choose not to participate in that section of the class and substitution suggestions are available upon request.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Station Park cooking school on Friday, November 13th, from 12:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m.
