Online Class: Building a Holiday Cheese & Charcuterie Board

Join us for a cheese and charcuterie class at Bangerter Crossing cooking school! It will be nothing short of fun, delicious, and educational. Chef Shane and Harmons certified cheese specialist, Lilliana Meranda, will guide you through their tips and tricks for building your own cheese and charcuterie board. It’s perfect for the holidays!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for a charcuterie board for six to eight people.  Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Bangerter Crossing cooking school, Friday, December 4th, from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m, or Saturday, December 5th from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
