Online Class: Carb Conscious Italian with Dietitian Ashley and Chef Callyn

Love Italian cuisine and trying to lead a carb-conscious lifestyle? Believe it or not, that is not an oxymoron! Together, Chef Callyn and Dietitian Nutritionist Ashley will guide you through crafting a mouthwatering, three-course Italian dinner that is low carb. You’ll get all the flavor you crave and still meet your nutrition goals.

Chef Callyn received her plant-based education from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. Registered Dietitian Ashley Quadros serves Harmons Holladay Market and Traverse Mountain locations.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
