Online Class: Cheese and Wine Lovers Board

Join us for a fun, cheese-filled evening where we do the pairing for you! You’ll learn about cheese choices, wine pairings and accompaniments and enjoy our selections from the comfort of your own home. Each kit includes 1 BOSKA cheese board with cheese knife, made to last generations. Once you are registered, you will receive an email with a list of the wines you will need to purchase from your local DABC store. Don’t miss this night of delicious fun!

The featured cheeses will be:
Satori from Wisconsin
Burrata from Italy
Ossau Iraty PDO from France
St. Agur from France
Drunken Goat from Spain
Delicious accompaniments include candied citrus zest, Turkish apricots, chocolates, seasonal grapes and a few surprises.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Santa Clara cooking school on Tuesday, November 24th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
