We miss amusement parks! We miss everything about them. The sights: tea cup ride, pirate ships, merry-go-round. The sounds: laughter, cheering, singing. The touch: Seat belts, the icy cold of a fresh slushie in your hand. The smells: smoked turkey legs, candied almonds, cotton candy, popcorn! The tastes: burgers, corn dogs, ice cream, chocolate, Dole whip! We may not be able to bring all of those things into your home but, we can offer the tastes and smells. Join Chef Shane as he shows you how to recreate your favorite theme park flavors, right in your home kitchen.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
- Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Bangerter Crossing cooking school, Friday, January 29th, from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. or Saturday, January 30th from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
