Desserts to Impress: Crème Brûlée and Pavlova

Crème brûlée is one of Chef Daniela’s family’s favorite desserts and she will share the recipe and techniques with you! This French dessert uses eggs yolks to make a custard. What to do with those leftover whites? Well, make pavlova, of course! This delicious meringue recipe is garnished with fresh berries. Chef Daniela will also provide a snack to enjoy while you create your delicious desserts!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. This kit  contains ingredients for 4 to 6  servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain view cooking School on Tuesday, April 20th 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
