Take-and-bake a delicious dinner prepared by our chefs and taught by Dietitian Melanie Taylor. This pre-recorded class will show you how to heat and serve a delicious diabetic/carb conscious-dinner. We do the work, you enjoy the dinner, and learn tips for a healthy lifestyle.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need for your meal. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings. The only equipment needed is you oven and a baking sheet!

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Santa Clara cooking school on Friday, March 5th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
