Online Class: European Winter Dinner with Chef Callyn and Dietitian Ashley

Join Chef Callyn Graf and Dietitian Ashley Quadros to discover how to capture the tastes of winter while maintaining your healthy lifestyle through the cold months ahead! In this class, you’ll create delicious, European-inspired, dishes using the bounties of the autumn harvest. Come learn some perfect seasonal recipes, tips and techniques to last you all winter long! We will provide an optional wine pairing by Holladay Market Sommelier, Julie.

Chef Callyn received her plant-based education from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. Registered Dietitian Ashley Quadros serves Harmons Holladay Market and Traverse Mountain locations.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
