Fall Favorites in Spring

Zoom into the first day of spring with one of our favorite menus. Celebrate a wonderful evening with Chef Shane and experience our favorite fall flavors. The buttery texture and nutty flavor of pumpkin seeds, tart apples, as well as gingerbread, and cinnamon–you can’t go wrong!

Menu:
Green Salad with Pumpernickel Croutons and Pumpkin Seed Vinaigrette
Pumpkin Seed-Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Caramelized Onion and Apple Compote
Gingerbread with Cinnamon-Scented Whipped Cream

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Bangerter Crossing cooking school on Friday, March 19th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. or Saturday, March 20th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
