Hello friends! Join Chef Daniela as she prepares one of her favorite dishes from her native Brazil. Yes, that’s right! Chef Daniela is from Brazil and will take you on an amazing culinary experience. Chef Daniela has prepared an amazing feijoada kit for you to enjoy with family and friends from the comfort of your home. Feijoada is a communal dish served in many Brazilian restaurants on Saturdays. It’s known as comfort food and every part of the dish has its special place. And, when all of the ingredients are combined, you will have a party in your mouth!

Feijoada: Black-Bean Stew with Sausage, Ribs, Brisket, Pork Belly and Pork Shoulder
White Rice Pilaf
Farofa with Caramelized Onion
Sautéed Kale with Bacon and Garlic
Creamy Limeade
Chef’s choice dessert ( Flan , passion fruit mousse, or key lime pie)
Caipirinha* (a traditional Brazilian alcoholic beverage, add your own cachaça or vodka at home!)

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Friday, April 16th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
