Flavorful Fungi

Mushrooms have been a part of cooking as early as the 16th century, but usually only as an accompaniment. Join Chef Casey and Harmons Dietitian Genevieve online as they share some of their favorite mushroom dishes. With over 1,000 mushrooms to choose from, Casey and Genevieve will guide you through the best of the best and make the perfect meal where the mushroom is the star of the dish.

Trumpet Mushroom “Scallops”

Each seat purchased includes a chef prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek cooking school on Tuesday, March 9th, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
