We know macarons can be a little intimidating to make, but we really believe they will be an easy task after our workshop. Join Chef Freyka as she shares her love for creating, mixing, and–of course–eating macarons! She’ll guide you through all the steps to make these tasty morsels.
Also, please read equipment needed. A stand-mixer (recommended) or hand mixer are needed for this class.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for plenty of macarons for two participants to share. Also a light lunch is included for the two participants. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
- Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Traverse Mountain Cooking School on Friday, February 5th from 1:00 pm. to 5:30 p.m.
