We know macarons can be a little intimidating to make, but we really believe they will be an easy task after our workshop. Join Chef Freyka as she shares her love for creating, mixing, and – of course – eating macarons! She’ll guide young chefs with ease through all the steps to make these tasty morsels.
Please be aware that we recommend that the second person in class should be an adult as we will be using ovens. Also, please read equipment needed, kids will need a stand-mixer (recommended) or substitute with a hand mixer.

At the end of the class, your young chef will have plenty of macarons to share! And, a macaron template to take home!
Young Chefs will learn:
French Macaron Base Recipe (young chefs will have an opportunity to pick flavors and color when they come to pick their kit)
How to make Cream Cheese Buttercream
How to make Ganache
How to make Chantilly
How to make a Curd
How to use Gelatin powder

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for plenty of macarons for two participants to share. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
