Online Class: Holiday Pie Workshop

Join Chef Zach as he teaches his favorite holiday dessert: Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie!  In this class, Chef Zach will guide you through making pie dough, rolling out and lining your pie dish, and making the decadent filling–sure to please your holiday pie cravings.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipe. Each kit contains ingredients for one 9-inch pie. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on November 20th, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
