Online Class: How to Cook Spanish Octopus

Hello aspiring chefs! Join Chef Daniela for a demonstration of some tips for how to prepare and cook Spanish octopus. The price of this class is for demonstration only and does not include the octopus. You will need to pre-order and purchase your own octopus from our seafood department for this class. Chef will have your octopus and a few other ingredients ready for you to pick up the day before class. Chef will also include some recipes for you to use your prepared octopus. This class will also contain educational information from the manager of our seafood department.

Note: For this class you will need to purchase a entire octopus. Spanish octopus is $10.99 per pound and they average between 4-5 lbs. You will need to submit your order for the octopus to Mountain View seafood department by Friday, February 12th to ensure it will be ready for you to pick-up on Monday February 15th.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Monday, February 15th  from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
