Indian cuisine unravels the secrets of cooking with spices and herbs, creating dishes with robust flavors and aromas.

Join Chef Freyka and explore the ingredients, spices, and herbs that make Indian cuisine such an exciting explosion of flavors. In this class, we will learn how to use a pressure cooker, how to braise, and how to make our own bread, all from scratch!

Kachumber (Indian Cucumber Salad)
Chicken Tikka Masala
Indian Style Basmati Rice
Coriander-Garlic Naan

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Traverse Mountain Cooking School, Lehi
  • on Thursday, March 3rd, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (If you need a later pick up, please just let us know)
