Online Class: It’s a Party, Celebrate with Cheese!

What better way to celebrate than with bubbles and cheese? Join us as we introduce you to the perfect cheese, crackers, and appetizers to pair with your favorite bubbly. Our Cheesemonger Daniel, will be sharing the cheese education and our chefs will tell you everything you need to know about the wine and appetizers.

Your kit will include a beautiful Boska cheese slate. Once you are registered, you will receive an email with a list of the sparkling wine selections you will need to purchase from your local DABC store. We will provide stock numbers and inventory availability for these selections.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Santa Clara cooking school on Thursday, December 17th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
