Online Class: Junior Chefs – Chicken Mole Enchiladas

In this class, your Junior Chefs will learn about kitchen safety, cooking methods and techniques, different flavors, as well as a few knife skills. We will explore the preparation of some basic, kids-favorite menu items. Your kids will have a great time and learn the skills to create a meal all on their own.

This class is intended for children ages 8-16.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Bangerter Crossing cooking school, Wednesday, February 24th, from 3 pm to 6 pm. or Thursday, February 25th, from 12 pm to 2 pm. The address is: 125 E 13800 South Draper, UT 84020
