Online Class: Knife Skills 101 and Beyond

Knowing how to utilize a knife properly is essential in any kitchen. Join Chefs Jake and Sage to learn basic skills from holding a knife correctly to slicing and dicing with the utmost precision. You will be learning classic knife cuts and even take home two classic chef’s knives (a $110 value)!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the supplies you will need for this class. Each kit contains ingredients for two participants.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Station Park cooking school on Wednesday, September 17th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
