Linguine allo Scoglio

Join Chef Callyn and Dietitian Ashley  in preparing this classic Italian seafood pasta. Linguine allo Scoglio literally translates to “rock pasta.” Interestingly, the origin of the name is connected to a recipe from the fishermen of Italian antiquity. The sauce was made with small pieces of rock to which living sea animals (perhaps barnacles or periwinkles) were attached. The stones were then removed before adding the pasta. Thankfully, today we don’t need rocks to make a delicious sauce. Instead, we will teach you how to expertly cook a variety of seafood to build this flavorful dish. You will leave with the confidence that you can cook seafood perfectly!
