Today our friends from Mexico are celebrating their independence day! The streets are filled with people and food! In this class we want to transform our kitchen into that little food cart that you see in big cities or when traveling to Mexico. There is something incredibly delicious about “Corner Street Tacos.” I always think that it’s the simplicity of the ingredients and the hands of someone who wakes up early and enjoys working hard and is proud of what they make. Join Chef Freyka to learn how to create these special corner street tacos that Jessy, our kitchen assistant, has shown us!

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, in-person cooking classes are for those ages 12 and up who are fully vaccinated.
