Online Class: Macaron Magic

Macarons are always a treat! Chewy, crunchy and packed with mouth-watering flavors. Almost anyone enjoys these special treats. However, they can be expensive, sometimes as much as $5 each! They can also be notoriously finicky to bake at home, with some falling flat, others baking too quickly or cracking on top. Not to mention perplexing instructions like fanning the oven door repeatedly! Never fear though, Chef Jake is are here to demonstrate a fool-proof method for these cookies to turn out flawlessly every single time. This class will include step-by-step instructions on baking macarons, as well as recipes for delectable fillings like lemon curd, white chocolate and raspberry ganache and chocolate crème.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Station Park cooking school on Friday, February 19th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
