Online Class: Macarons for Your Valentine

Traditional French macarons are those little cookies made out of almond meal and egg whites that are all the craze right now. They are not easy to make, but after this class you will be able to show off your skills with precision! Chef Daniela will demonstrate how to make macarons using the Italian meringue method. We will work together step by step and make these delicious gluten-free cookies from scratch.

Melted Chocolate and Sprinkles

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for a dozen pastries depending on size and application. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Tuesday, February 9th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
