Online Class: Master Knife Skills with Meal Prep

Would you like to sharpen your knife skills and help reduce your prep time in the kitchen? A sharp knife is one of the most essential tools an avid cook needs, and Chef Freyka is here to teach you how to use it! You’ll learn proper care, use and storage for your knives, as well as mastering key cuts used in contemporary and classical kitchens. From julienne to brunoise, you’ll be cutting with confidence, making meal prep a breeze! Included in your kit is a Henckels chefs knife and honing steel (a $70 value) for you to learn and experience the practice of how to keep your knife sharp.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe, a Henckels Chef Knife and honing steel. A light brunch will be included with your kit. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Traverse Mountain Cooking School on Friday, January 22nd, from 12:00 pm. to 5:30 p.m.
