Mastering Spanish Paella

As we cannot travel just yet, let us transport you to Spain–and bring romance to your Valentine’s night at home! Learn to prepare this exciting menu and participate in a fun class. We will learn how to taste olive oil, taste a selection of Spanish cheeses, and enjoy delicious bread. Chef Freyka will guide you through the preparation of great paella from your own kitchen. This will be a night you cannot miss! This class provides enough food for four family members.

Tocino Surprise Bites
Paella Valenciana (No seafood can be requested) (paella pan included)
Spanish Salad with a Smoky Vinaigrette
Sangria Mocktail
Crema Catalana (Chef-prepared)

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe and one paella pan. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings. This class provides enough food for four family members.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Traverse Mountain on Friday, February 12th, from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
