Moroccan Roll!

Moroccan food is influenced by the country’s interactions with other cultures over hundreds of years. There are flavors of Berber, Arabic, Andalusian, European, Sub-Saharan, and Mediterranean traditions; altogether it makes for a varied and wonderful cuisine. From delicious meaty stews with dried fruit to barbecued brochettes, spicy soups, fresh fish and seafood, vibrant salads, creamy milkshakes, and sticky-sweet pastries and doughnuts, Morocco has something for everyone to enjoy. Chefs Jake and Sage have some favorites that they are excited to share with you and we think you’ll be just as excited to add these recipes to your arsenal!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

• Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Station Park cooking school on Tuesday, March 2nd from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
