Are you ready for our first virtual mystery ingredient competition? Chef Daniela is! She wants to know how awesome your cooking skills are, but don’t worry, she will help you all along the way.
You will receive a recipe packet, and Chef Daniela will show you how to cook the basic recipes, but you will need to add your own secret ingredients to customize each recipe. After you register and pick up your kit, you will have a 10 minute one-on-one with Chef to brainstorm how you can use the secret ingredients. Chef will not give you all the answers but she will guide you. The day of the class, we will cook all recipes together and you will add your secret ingredients. After we’re done, each guest will present their creation, and the winner will receive one kit for any live virtual class at Mountain View Cooking School, plus a nice gift basket with Chef Daniela’s favorite ingredients!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
- Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Tuesday, November 5th between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
