Online Class: New Orleans Experience

Is a trip to New Orleans on your culinary bucket list? Experience the bayou firsthand from the comfort of your own kitchen, with Chef Daniela’s Creole-themed menu highlighting some of New Orleans’ most famous dishes. From crawfish to beignets, you will get to experience the many different flavors of the French quarter.

Shrimp, mussels and clams  Boil (with corn and potatoes)
Mini Muffuletta Sandwiches
Hurricane Drink Kit (non-alcoholic) (Rum may be added, if desired. Alcohol not included in kit)

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Friday, February 19th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
