Pacific Northwest Wine and Cheese

Looking for fun evening activity? What a better way to do that than a virtual wine and cheese class? Join us as we discover what makes the Pacific Northwest the premier wine and cheese destination it is today. Our Harmons Certified Cheese Professional Matt DeLoach and wine specialist Cory DeLoach will guide you as we taste through the most intriguing cheese and wine that we can find from Washington and Oregon. Join us as we travel through the Pacific Northwest and explore both classic and unique styles from this magnificent region.

Note: Alcohol will not be provided with your kit, and you will need to purchase your own wine. We will provide you with a list of wines one week before the class including the DABC item codes and locations with those wines in stock, along with the amount they have on hand.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the cheeses and accoutrements for two participants. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings. 

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek Cooking School on March 18, from 11 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
