Online Class: Pâte à Choux – Eclairs And Cream Puffs At Home

Join Chef Zach in this exciting class where you’ll learn to make the celebrated French pâte à choux, a delicate dough you will use to shape  your own eclairs and cream puffs.  You will learn to make the quintessential pâte à choux dough, filling, and topping for your perfect puff pastry creations.  Piping bags and tips will be included in your kit. We look forward to baking with you!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for 10 eclairs and/or 20 cream puffs. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on December 4th, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
