Pâte à Choux: Éclairs, Puff Pastry and Gougères

  • Each kit contains ingredients to make : 01 dozen of each pastry ( depending on size) plus  pastry cream and chocolate glaze.

Hello bakers and pastry-lovers! Chef Daniela is going to teach you how to make delicious French pâte à choux pastry from the comfort of your own home! This pastry is used for a variety of desserts in French cuisine: éclairs, profiteroles, gougères (cheese puffs) and churros to name a few. We will also learn to make pastry cream and chocolate sauce to fill and cover these delicious clouds of sweetness.

Pâte à Choux Dough
Éclairs (recipe yields 12 éclairs)
Gougères (recipe yields 12 cheese puffs)
Pastry Cream
Chocolate Glaze

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for a dozen pastries depending on size and application. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Wednesday 28th between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
