She is eager to show you the little tips and secrets that she has learned from her family and friends. Peruvian cuisine is complex and diverse, and it unifies different flavors into one, from Asian ingredients to French culinary techniques. Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Traverse Mountain Harmons Cooking School on Thursday, February 18th 1:00 pm to 5:30 p.m.
