Online Class: Pie Me to the Moon

Pie is Chef Casey’s favorite part of Thanksgiving, so he is here to teach you his favorite pies so you can share them with your family! He has a few secret ingredients and twists to bring out flavor and make these pies the best way to end the meal. Your family and friends will be full of slices and smiles as you all enjoy these delicious pies.

Note: We will not be baking the pies during class. Pies can be baked after class or on Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They will last for 5 days in the fridge after being baked. Guests must provide their own bourbon for the chocolate pecan pie as an optional ingredient.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for one of each pie. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek cooking school on Sunday, November 22nd, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
