Are you trying to lead a more plant-based lifestyle but wondering what to eat? This class is perfect for you! Join Chef Callyn and Dietitian Ashley as they guide you in preparing a dinner inspired by the unique culinary traditions of Thailand. Thai cuisine is well-suited to plant-based eating because it is PACKED with flavor. In this online class, you’ll practice tips and learn techniques to build restaurant-worthy deliciousness into meatless dishes. Chef Callyn received her plant-based education from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. Registered Dietitian Ashley Quadros serves Harmons Holladay Market and Traverse Mountain locations. They are both passionate Southeast Asian cuisine with Callyn having spent time in Vietnam and Ashley in Thailand.

Note: Thai cuisine often uses fermented fish sauce as a seasoning. It is key for authentic flavor and will be used in our recipes. Please let us know if you need a vegetarian substitution in the comments.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
