Online Class: Playing with Fire – Seafood Edition

Cooking seafood can seem a bit terrifying if you aren’t used to it, but you have to start somewhere! Start with this class, and learn some amazing recipes to add to your repertoire. You will learn fantastic techniques for preparing seafood, but also how to harness the power of fire in your cooking. It’s always impressive to show off with a bit of flame while you cook, so join Chef Casey to create these show-stopping dishes, all in your home kitchen.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
