Online Class: Prime Rib Perfection

Prime rib can be a chore to perfect. What makes it Prime rib? Bone-in or boneless? How should I season it? How long should I cook it? Do I need to tie it? How do I know if it’s done? All of these answers will be revealed in this skills class with Chef Jake and Chef Sage. We will guide you step-by-step in preparing your holiday roast. There won’t be any guesswork or anxiety after you take this comprehensive course to cooking the perfect prime rib roast!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Station Park cooking school on Thursday, December 17th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
