Online Class: Ravioli and Tortellini

Eager to learn a new skill and create some delicious comfort food for the season? Look no further. Chefs Jake and Sage have put together the perfect class for you! They will be teaching you how to create ravioli and tortellini from scratch, including how to stuff the pasta with cheeses, herbs and more. Since no pasta dish is complete without the sauce, the chefs will also be instructing you on how to make a brown butter sauce, as well as their favorite, alfredo.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Station Park cooking school on Thursday, November 12th, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
