Ravioli From Scratch

Are you bored with the same old date night? Say no more! Let Chef Shane help you shake things up a bit with a night of fresh pasta making! Ravioli is an Italian filled dumpling dating back to the 14th century. These tiny dumplings, served every Friday, were just simmered in broth. Today we are going to spice them up with a little ricotta, walnuts, and Gorgonzola cheese.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Bangerter Crossing cooking school on Thursday, April 8th from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. or Friday, April 9th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
