Online Class: Savory Hand Pies

During this live interactive cooking class with Chef Callyn, you will learn how to make savory hand pies from scratch. She’ll begin by teaching you how to prepare a flaky buttery dough, then you will learn how to make a savory sweet potato, walnut, aged cheddar filling as well as an Asian-inspired filling. You’ll have enough to share, but they’re so good you’ll want to keep them for yourself!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for 6 hand pies. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on February 19th, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
