Online Class: Soups Done Right – Thai Coconut Soup

Winter is here, and there is nothing more comforting than a delicious warm bowl of soup. People believe soup is made by simply mixing ingredients, adding liquid and simmering until all is cooked. But, there is so much more about making a soup with the right texture, consistency and flavors . Chef Daniela will teach you how to make Tom Kha Gai and also demo some techniques to master this underrated dish from the comfort of your home.
