Online Class: Soups Done Right

Winter is here, and there is nothing more comforting than a delicious warm bowl of soup. People believe soup is made by simply mixing ingredients, adding liquid and simmering until all is cooked. But, there is so much more about making a soup with the right texture, consistency and flavors. If you would like to learn more about how to prepare a flavorful soup that your friends and family are going to love, this virtual class is for you! Chef Daniela will teach you some techniques to master this underrated dish from the comfort of your home.

Creamy Butternut Squash Soup with Roasted Green Apples, Maple Sauce and Crème Fraîche
Tomato Bisque with Grilled Cheese Minis
Hearty Vegetable Soup with Beef Broth and Chorizo
Soft Rolls from Scratch

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Tuesday, November 17th  between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
