Online Class: Sourdough Breads From Your Kitchen

Is learning to understand sourdough on your bucket list? Last year is proof that bread is a priority to be learned! Sourdough, an American classic bread made with naturally fermented dough, is a favorite of many and will gradually become an easy task to do at home. With this hands-on workshop, Chef Freyka will teach you all her secrets, from creating and feeding a sourdough starter to the baking of classic loaves, soft, and artisan. This class will leave you well prepared to create different types of bread.

Note: An electric mixer is not required for this class. Light lunch for two will also be included with your ingredient kit.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two guests to make bread (with enough to share), and a light lunch for two. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
