Spanish Paella Done Right

Today is Paella Day! Paella is one of the best known Spanish dishes. Internationally, it is often considered Spain’s national dish, but Spaniards almost unanimously consider it to be a dish from the Valencia region. Those who live in Valencia, in turn, regard paella as one of their identifying symbols. In this online class, Chef Daniela will take you step-by-step to perfect this communal dish, giving you the tips and tricks needed to share it with friends and family. To make it even more fun, she will prepare a signature non-alcoholic drink to pair with your dinner.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Friday, March 26th, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
