The Ultimate Salad-with Steak!

Spring is the perfect season for salad! Whether as a side when grilling or making a meal based around the humble salad, it’s great to have options. We will explore what makes for a perfect salad in this class and give you the techniques and knowledge to create a delicious meal-worthy salad any day of the week.

The basics for this class will include the following;
Grilled Ribeye
Diced Crispy Bacon
Candied Pecans
Caramelized Red Onions
Lemon and Basil Vinaigrette

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Station Park cooking school on Thursday, May 27th after 3pm.
