Online Class: Summer Salads and The Perfect Chicken

There’s more to salads than iceberg lettuce and ranch! We will create three hearty salads including whole grains, crisp veggies, nutritious fats and proteins, and homemade vinaigrettes. To top our salads off, Chef Jake will teach us the art of a perfectly seared, juicy chicken breast.
